An intuitive interface for managing, editing, and organizing communication templates with role-based permissions.
01
Problem Statement:
To design an intuitive and accessible template management interface that allows users of different roles (Editor, Admin) to efficiently create, edit, preview, and delete templates, while ensuring clear information architecture, responsive design, and role-specific functionality.
02
Solution:
Leveraging research and insights from similar template management systems, I created moodboards and references to guide the design process. I developed wireframes and high-fidelity UI screens, ensuring responsiveness across devices. By incorporating auto layout and building an interactive prototype, I addressed design challenges effectively, resulting in a user-friendly, role-based template management interface.
03
Conclusion & Takeaway:
I effectively addressed design challenges as they arose, utilizing auto layout for scalability and creating an interactive prototype to demonstrate user flow. This project sharpened my problem-solving skills, highlighted the importance of responsiveness and interactivity, and deepened my understanding of UI/UX best practices for template management systems.
