Problem Statement:
Sales teams struggle to access all the necessary data from technical teams. The goal is to create a simple, organized template that provides all the required information based on the sales team's needs, making it easier for them to get the data they need.

Solution:
To solve the problem, a module has been added to create and edit templates with all necessary data fields included. Business and sales teams can now easily select pre-defined templates created by the technical team. These templates display all the required data in a single, organized view, eliminating the need to request information from the tech team. This streamlined process ensures that sales teams have quick, direct access to the data they need, improving efficiency and reducing delays.

UX Research:
I’ve analyzed the current UI, conducted UX research on best practices for adding templates, and created rough drafts. Based on this research, I developed a layout for a comprehensive dashboard that improves usability and efficiency.4o
